Hektor Design Hostel - Tartu

We had a fantastic stay at the Hektor Design. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The hostel itself was beautifully designed and had a cozy atmosphere. We were actually surprised by the convenient location, as it was within walking distance of the city center. The free parking was a definite bonus. The breakfast was good value for money, with options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional traffic noise and a lack of staff, we highly recommend this hostel.

It's 10-15 minutes walk to the center. Your own big parking lot. Excellent price. Clean room.

The accommodations were modern and clean, with furnishings in excellent condition. the staff was generally helpful, and the room was well-priced. the location was perfect, with the main attractions just a short walk away. two complementary facts were provided, which enhanced the overall experience.

One of the main drawbacks was the communal kitchen, which was in disarray and lacked basic kitchen tools like pans and plates. the location of some rooms towards the street made it hard to sleep, as the traffic noise was quite loud at night.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. The basic amenities provided are sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the rooms with windows in front of the main street offer a nice view. Additionally, having a private bathroom in the room is a convenience that I appreciated. The breakfast included in the package was delightful, with a variety of food options to choose from, including all the basic continental dishes.

if your room faces the main road, you may hear cars passing by which can be quite noisy. the bathroom in the room was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

The room at Hektor Design was like living in an Ikea showroom! It was clean, new, and perfectly functional. I loved the fresh design of the room and the public spaces. The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, and there's a trendy old industrial property next door called Aparaaditehas. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and there was a good cafe on site. I even had the most delicious chicken Caesar salad on my first night when I was too tired to go out. I highly recommend this hostel for its modern and fun atmosphere.

I was pleasantly surprised during my recent stay at Hektor Design. The hostel's new and comfortable facilities exceeded my expectations. The proper breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering more than just basic options. Additionally, the location was ideal, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the city center noise. The private parking lot was a great advantage for those traveling by car. I had a positive experience and would recommend Hektor Design to others.
